PAGEANT was invited by the Friends of
Trafalgar Community Infant School, Horsham, to have a stall at the
Children's Secret Market, which took place in the school hall during
the morning of Thursday 11th December. Last year was the first time
the Friends of Trafalgar ran this event and it was a great success.
All children were invited to bring up to £4 in a named envelope or
purse and could buy and wrap presents at school. This enables the
children to hide their gifts somewhere safe at home and give family
members a wonderful surprise on Christmas morning! The PAGEANT stall
has proved to be very popular and this year we raised just over
£170. The money will go towards supporting the link that has been
set up between Trafalgar and Kings Kid Academy in The Gambia.
