Tuesday 7 Feb Fly out from Gatwick, arrive at Atlantic Hotel in Banjul.

	<< sponsored child at St Augustine's Notes 'General Science, A standard text for secondary schools'. The first edition was written by F Sherrif, typed into Word by Pippa, and photocopied from the master copy.  Mr Sherrif has now enlarged it considerably.

 Thursday 9 Feb Muslim New Year - School holiday

Family visiting: Kambai family (5 children), Jamba twins, Bah family (3 children). Musa brought Fatoumatta to visit Vic & Jackie at the Atlantic Hotel.

Friday 10 Feb Got up at 5.15am, trip across river to Jurunku LBS - inspected refurbished 'staff room' and new garden wall and donated football kit and other gifts.

Also visited three Jurunku families - 2 x Jammeh, Njie. Took pencil cases to newly sponsored children (2) and mosquito nets for 3 families
