Amazon Smile

After successfully raising lots of money for many USA charities, Amazon has now launched Smile in the UK. More than 2,000 UK charities are registered, and Pageant has joined them. Under this scheme, Pageant will get 0.5% of the purchase price of eligible products. But you need to sign up to Amazon Smile and choose Pageant as your charity for us to benefit.

How to get Amazon Smile

1 - If you don't have an Amazon account

• Go to smile.amazon.co.uk
• click on 'Create your Amazon account'. During the sign up process you will get to a screen where you can select a charity.
• Now go to section 4 below

2 - If you already have an Amazon account, but have not used Smile before

• Instead of logging in at Amazon, log in at smile.amazon.co.uk instead, using your existing user name and password
• You should then see a screen inviting you to select a charity to donate to.
• Now go to section 4 below

3 - If you have used Amazon Smile, but are donating to another charity

• Log in to smile.amazon.co.uk as usual
• You will see 'your current charity' on the right, and below it a button 'change charity' - click this
• Now go to section 4 below

4 - Select Pageant

• Ignore all the big charities in the scroll down list on this page, but instead go to the bottom of the page to the heading 'Or pick your own charitable organisation:' and insert Pageant into the search box
• You should get one result 'Projects Aiding Gambian Education & Natural Talent (Pageant)'
• Click 'select' and you are done
